When buying goods from Netronic you are entering
into a legally binding contract.
Export: We do not export outside of
the United Kingdom. Delivery is only available to UK postal addresses.
Delivery charges: Read the listing/quotation
carefully and take note of delivery costs and
surcharges if applicable. Deliveries are costed by physical weight
and size and by destination. Deliveries to remote areas and some
London post codes are likely to incur a surcharge. Please contact
sales@netronic.co.uk if you require a delivery quote to any such
area before placing an order.
Despatch of goods: All advertised
goods are held in stock unless stated and will be booked for despatch
once cleared funds have been received. The despatch of the goods
normally occurrs within 3 days of
receiving payment, unless otherwise stated in the item listing.
If there is a delay in despatching your goods for any reason you
will be notified. Smaller, lighter items may be sent by Royal Mail,
first class recorded service. Larger, heavier items by parcel courier
and usually on a 48 hour service. Bulky, heavy items (usually items
over 40 Kg) will be secured to a pallet and delivered by the Palletline
network. For palleted goods, customers are required to ensure that
delivery addresses are capable of receiving 7.5 ton or 18 ton vehicles.
An additional charge of £30.00 will apply for wasted journeys.
All goods will need to be signed for at the delivery address.
Correspondance: Notification and messages
regarding your order will come to you either via your
email address or telephone number if supplied. If you send us correspondence,
including emails and faxes, we may retain such information in the
records of your account as long as is necessary.
Cancellation and returns: You may
cancel your order at any time after placing it and before receiving
the goods by contacting us. However, if the goods you ordered have
been despatched you will be required to cover the costs of returning
them. After receipt, you may return the item(s) purchased, unused
and in the original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full
refund. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for the return
carriage costs of any cancelled purchase. Please contact us before
returning any goods. We may at our discretion charge a 10% restocking
fee on unwanted items returned to us.
Faulty Goods: If you receive an item
that is faulty then please contact us at sales@netronic.co.uk
stating the problem. We will endeavour to repair or replace faulty
goods where possible, or else
issue a full refund so long as the goods have not been abused, misused,
neglected, used excessively,
modified or accidentally damaged. Please check the listing details
for any warranty period. Where no
warranty is expressly given, it is generally accepted that goods
will be fit for purpose for a
period of up to six months from the date of receipt by the customer.
In the case of an item being
returned as faulty and where the item has been in use for a lengthy
period of time, it is at our
discretion as to whether to issue a full or a partial refund. Batteries,
air filters, oil filters
and other consumable items are only covered by warranty for 30 days
from the date of receipt by the
customer.
Taxes: Netronic is not a VAT registered
company, so no VAT will be charged. You will therefore
not receive a VAT invoice. You will receive a headed, printed invoice
detailing the goods purchased,
the purchase price and the delivery costs.
Privacy: We only hold customer details
for the purpose of keeping records of our trading activities. Records
include your name, address, phone number as supplied and details
of the goods purchased and the purchase date. They may be kept digitally
or in printed form and are kept in a secure place. Our computers
use safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption and we utilise
physical access controls on our premises. Access to personal information
is only available to staff who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.
We do not store any customer financial
details such as credit card or bank account information. Customer
details will not be shared with any third parties unless required
to do so by law or as necessary in order to process a payment. Credit
or debit card payments will be authenticated with a merchant account
provider. Online payments will be made through a payment gateway
and therefore we will not be in direct receipt of your card details.
Card payments made over the telephone will be entered directly into
a payment terminal for authentication and the card details will
not be recorded by us in any form whatsoever.
Customers may review any personal information
retained by us by making a request for the information to us in
writing.
We do not send unsolicited emails.
Cookies: We do not use cookies.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be determined by the Scottish
courts.

at the address below. We aim to respond to emails within one working
day. If we are unable to take your phone call, you may be directed
to our voice mail service. In this case, if you leave your name
and phone number we will aim to respond as soon as possible and
within one working day.
